We support over 70 local Artisans and many local Farmers from our region. Our local suppliers come from Gympie, Amamoor, Kin Kin, Carters Ridge, Pomona, Doonan, Eumundi, Cooroy, Noosa & Noosaville.

We celebrate all four seasons; Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring.

With every change of season there is an opportunity to bring a diversity of food, flavours and experiences.

There are so many different growing regions throughout the year and Australia is fortunate to be able to provide so much good quality food grown in our own soil.

Education and awareness can help us to better understand how to eat with the seasons and benefit from the food that can deliver the most nutritional impact at certain times of the year.

We eat citrus in Autumn and Winter, we eat Mangos, Cherries and Stonefruit Summer.

A plant can only grow strong in ideal conditions, which impacts availability, supply and quality. There are often so many challenges that come with farming and most often the consumer is unaware of them and it mostly goes unnoticed until something is missing from the food supply chain.

A small independent grocer like us, has a much smaller supply chain and throughout the COVID pandemic, it was noticeable just how strong Independent retailers really are, how much we are needed and how community focused small business can be.

More often then not, it’s the smaller, independent retailers that can hold a community together in times of challenges and change.
